Offset Mortgage Deals
An offset mortgage links your mortgage to your savings. The amount of money you having in your savings account is used to reduce the amount of interest charged for your home loan.
Your savings will be ‘offset’ against your mortgage’s value and you’ll only pay interest on your mortgage balance once your savings balance has been deducted from the equation.
Your savings balance won’t actually repay any of your mortgage, but it will save you interest.

Our fee for this service is 1.95% of the mortgage balance (minimum £1,295 to a maximum of £2,995 although reduced to maximum £1,995 without debt consolidation). Typically this will be £1,995.
